Immigration

Nisha joined Duncan Lewis in August 2005 as a Caseworker. Having completed her Training Contract with the firm she has qualified into Immigration.

Nisha is also qualified under the Law Society’s Immigration & Asylum Accreditation Scheme as a Level 2 Caseworker, which allows her to specialise in Immigration & Nationality law and provide specialist legal help for publicly funded work under the firm’s Legal Services Commission franchise.

Nisha was attracted to the firm’s wide spectrum of work within the Immigration department and the opportunity to deal with a diversity of clients enabling her to use her fluency in Gujarati.

Outside of work Nisha is actively involved in Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh (HSS) UK which is a voluntary, non-profit, social and cultural organization. HSS conducts structured programs of regular athletic and academic activities to develop strong character and leadership skills in its members.

Nisha also enjoys a variety of healthy pursuits including Yoga and karate and is a keen skier.
