Vicash specialises in complex applications under the Points Based System, including Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 4 Applications. He has also been involved in numerous appeal cases under the Points Based System before the AIT and Judicial review Applications on behalf of the private clients.
Types of clients who Vicash has assisted at DL include healthcare professionals employed by the NHS and other professionals from the education, finance and IT sectors. He also specialise in assisting small business get to grips with the applications to obtaining sponsorship licenses to employ migrants under the current Points Based Scheme
Recent successes include discretionary switching with the Tier systems for a finance and healthcare professional and assisting with an AIT appeal whereby an ACCA Graduate was entitled to remain under the Tier 1 Post Study Category after successfully arguing that he had obtaining degree level qualification.
Also successfully assisted in complex entry clearance applications involving mandatory refusals under s.320 and personal applications including marriage, fiancée family dependants, ancestry and domestic worker applications
Vicash has provided talks and seminars at the prestigious Royal Institute of Architects as well as leading Universities including Royal Holloway, London University, Surrey University and Kent University in relation to the Points Bases System as well as writing articles for International Students in relation to working in the UK.
Have provided in-house training on the Points Based System and advised business on the Sponsorship Management Systems and compliance issues. In particular have assisted companies who face criminal/civil penalties in relation to illegal working.
