Tahir joined Duncan Lewis in September 2010 as a Level 2 Immigration Caseworker in the team at the Shepherds Bush office. Since joining Duncan Lewis, Tahir has gained substantial experience in the area of immigration by dealing with non-detained and detained clients. Tahir has further conducted his own advocacy at asylum hearings and bail hearings during his time with Duncan Lewis.

Tahir’s first legal experience was in 2006 when he worked for a firm in Hong Kong as a Paralegal dealing with personal injury matters. Tahir obtained his LLB (Hons) at Brunel University and then completed the LPC Course at BPP Law School, after which he obtained his qualification as a Senior Caseworker under the Law Society’s Immigration & Asylum Accreditation Scheme in 2010.

Tahir is fluent in Punjabi, Urdu and Hindi. He loves to watch football and tennis.
