Immigration

Oshin joined Duncan Lewis in September 2011 and is currently a Trainee Solicitor in the Immigration Department at the Harrow Office.

Oshin graduated from BPP Law School, completing his LPC in 2010, he also has a Masters in Migration and Law from Queen Mary University of London. He is qualified under the Law Society's Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme as a Level 2 Senior Caseworker, which allows him to specialise in Immigration and Nationality Law and provide specialist Legal Help for publicly funded work under the firm's Legal Services Commission franchise.

Oshin is fluent in Armenian and has a basic understanding of Farsi.

In his spare time Oshin enjoys swimming and also frequents his local gym. He also volunteers at a community centre in North London teaching key stage 2 English.
