Naqeeb is a solicitor currently working as a consultant in DL's immigration department.

Naqeeb advises on all aspects of immigration law including applications to enter or remain in the United Kingdom (including ILR) made by or on behalf of spouses; unmarried Directors; visitors; children, and other family members.

Naqeeb has considerable experience advising clients on asylum matters including appeals, detention, and deportation.

Naqeeb is experienced in making applications for Judicial Review in the High Court for all immigration related matters.

Naqeeb also advises clients on applications made under the Points Based System, particularly those applying for a Skilled Workers Visa under Tier 2 and those applying for Student Visa under Tier 4 of the Points Based System.

Naqeeb undertakes private and public funded work.

In his spare time Naqeeb works with a charity in Birmingham dedicated to providing help and support to asylum seekers and their children.
