Najiyah graduated from Royal Holloway University of London in 2005 with a Politics and Sociology Degree and studied the GDL and LPC from the College of Law in London from 2005 to 2007.

Najiyah joined Duncan Lewis in February 2008 as a Caseworker in the Immigration department and is now a Solicitor. She has experience in many areas within immigration law for example asylum law, business migration, naturalisation, student visas, bail applications, detention and family reunion cases.

Najiyah is accredited under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme at Level 2.

Najiyah was attracted to Duncan Lewis because of its strong reputation in the market and the opportunity to build and develop a long-standing career.

Najiyah's previous legal experiences include working in an offshore firm in Dubai, which developed her knowledge in various corporate matters and introduced her to Shariah law. She has also worked in corporate immigration and property law and is looking forward to further develop her knowledge and experiences within Duncan Lewis.

Najiyah is fluent in the Urdu and Hindi languages.
