Mervyn is qualified under the Law Society's Immigration and Asylum Accreditation scheme as a Senior Caseworker of level 2. This allows Mervyn to provide advice for Nationality Law, Asylum and EU Law as well as specialising in Fast Track Detention, Minors and vulnerable clients, and represent clients at the Immigration and Asylum Chambers.
Mervyn holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in computing a Post Graduate Degree in Law (CPE) and has completed the Legal Practice Course of the College of Law.
Mervyn is committed to assisting clients who are publicly funded and believes in the Duncan Lewis motto "We give people a voice", by taking the publicly funded option in the Immigration and Asylum scheme.
In his spare time Mervyn plays the guitar and kickboxing.
