Firoza joined Duncan Lewis in April 2011 and is currently emplyed as a Trainee Solicitor at the Harrow Office. Firoza graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2004 with an honours degree in History and Criminology. Following this she completed her Graduate Diploma in Law and her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Birmingham.

She went on to work as a paralegal at a criminal defence firm for one year before joining Refugee and Migrant Justice (formerly Refugee Legal Centre), where she worked as a Level 2 Immigration Caseworker, undertaking asylum and immigration cases. Whilst at the RMJ, Firoza also completed her Level 2 Supervisor exam and was promoted to the position of Team Leader at the Birmingham office of the RMJ. She worked at the RMJ until the organisation went into administration. She then went on to do Level 2 work on a contracting basis before applying for a position at Duncan Lewis.

Firoza holds a strong belief in valuing the work that she does and the people that she works with. Firoza has had the pleasure of representing clients from a vast range of nationalities, cultures, and religious backgrounds. She has represented clients who are extremely vulnerable because of the nature of their problems, torture victims, victims of trafficking, those suffering from mental health problems and learning difficulties and also unaccompanied minors.
