Immigration

Atif completed his LLB (Hons) from London Metropolitan University in 2009 and started LPC (part-time) in the same university. Soon after completing his LLB he worked in Thompson & Co Solicitors where he assisted solicitors in simple cases as well as complex ones. He had the opportunity to assist solicitors in a Court of Appeal case of Pankina v SSHD.

Atif joined the Public Law Department of Duncan Lewis in September 2011, where he assisted solicitors and partners in Judicial Review matters.

Currently he is working in Migration Department at Dalston Office. He has keen interest in Human Rights Public Law and Multiparty cases.

He is a member of Wimbledon Village Stables and in spare time take horse riding lessons.
