Immigration

Arpita graduated with an honours degree in Law from Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College and went on to study the LPC at the College of Law in Bloomsbury, London. She completed the LPC in 2007 specializing in Advanced Property, Employment and Commercial Dispute Resolution.

Prior to joining Duncan Lewis, Arpita carried out Caseworker / PA work for a few firms including Lovells and Eversheds, respectively, in the Property sector.

In April 2008, Arpita joined the Immigration sector of Duncan Lewis as a Caseworker. Arpita was drawn to the firm due to its ability to successfully grow rapidly in a short duration, breadth of the legal areas covered by the firm and the firm’s focus on the development of its employees.

Arpita has almost two years experience in Conveyancing and over a year worth of experience in Immigration. She is a Level 1 accredited caseworker and building her experience towards becoming a Level 2 accredited senior caseworker and a trainee. Arpita is fluent in Gujarati and Hindi.

Arpita aspires to be a fully accredited solicitor having obtained and completed my training contract and gain further experience in the areas, which she had picked in her LPC course.

She is a membership of both SRA and CLT.

Arpita has been involved in Help the Aged charity and regularly gives to charity in India Asylum training out of work hours.
