Andy Tieu joined Duncan Lewis in January 2012 and is currently a caseworker in the Managed Migration department.
Andy specialises in Immigration and Nationality law and provides specialist advice under the points based categories: Tier 1 (Highly skilled workers, entrepreneurs, investors and graduates); Tier 2 (Sponsored skilled workers); Tier 4 (students) and Tier 5 (temporary workers) application.
Andy completed his LPC in 2010 at BPP Law School, London and studied his LLB at the University of Brighton.
Andy also undertakes publicly funded work in asylum matters and is also fluent Vietnamese speaker.
