Immigration

Sarah initially studied Biology and obtained BSc from the University of Nottingham. She completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, achieving distinctions in both and an LLB 1st Class. She is qualified under the Law Society's Immigration and Asylum Accreditation scheme as a Level 2 (Senior) Caseworker. Sarah is currently completing her training contract at Duncan Lewis in the Immigration Department.

Sarah works primarily on publicly funded cases. She has specific experience with Victims of Domestic Violence, receiving referrals from the Sojourner Project and IKWRO, Asylum Initial Applications, Fast Track Asylum cases, Asylum Appeals, Family Reunion applications, Long Residence applications and EEA applications.

In her spare time Sarah enjoys windsurfing and sailing as a member of the BTYC, scuba diving and skiing. Sarah is also a keen cycle commuter (weather permitting).
