Nathan graduated form the University of Birmingham in 2007 with an Honours Degree in Law. He went on to do the Bar Vocational Course at the College of Law, Birmingham and completed it in 2008.
After being called to the Bar, Nathan joined Refugee and Migrant Justice in January 2009, initially as a paralegal and later as a Level 2 Immigration Caseworker. During this period, Nathan specialised in Asylum applications and appeals, spouse and dependant in an application and refugee family reunion
Following the closure of RMJ in July 2010, Nathan became the Head of Immigration at Anthony Louca solicitors from September 2010 until January 2011 before joining Duncan Lewis in February 2011.
Nathan has a particular interest in refugee law, unaccompanied asylum - seeking children and domestic violence settlement applications.
In his spare time, Nathan is a 400m sprinter and has competed at a national level. He is also a keen trombonist and recently married. Nathan speaks French and basic Spanish.
