Gergana Pentcheva is an Immigration Caseworker in the Asylum and General Migration Team at the Dalston Office.
Gergana read law at Brunel University and then went on to complete the legal practice course at Westminster University while there Gergana began working towards attaining Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Level 1 and is currently awaiting the results.
Gergana joined Duncan Lewis following the successful completion of a work placement during which she sat the IAAS MCT Exam. She is keenly interested in Immigration and Asylum law and hopes to get involved with the Pro Bono Committee as she has experience of Pro Bono work for the Independent Parental Special Education Advice during her LPC.
