Immigration

Aleksandra joined Duncan Lewis in September 2011 and is currently working as an immigration caseworker.

Initially Aleksandra read history at University College London, where she was awarded a BA (Hons) and MA. Aleksandra then went on to study the GDL and LPC at the College of Law in London. More recently Aleksandra sat her Immigration Asylum Accreditation Scheme examination and is awaiting results.

Aleksandra is particularly passionate about Human Rights and wrote her GDL dissertation on Article 8 HRA claims.

Aleksandra has gained experience at a plethora of law firms, including: Beachcroft LLP, the Howard League for Penal Reform, and Halliwells LLP.

In her spare time Aleksandra enjoys travelling and is a keen photographer.

Aleksandra is fluent in Polish and Spanish. She has intermediate knowledge in French and Portuguese.
