Zoë Roberts joined Duncan Lewis's Immigration Department in the Advocacy and Reconsideration team at Shepherds Bush in July 2010. Zoë is qualified as a Senior Caseworker (LSC Level 2) under the Law Society's Immigration & Asylum Accreditation Scheme. Zoë already has extensive experience before the First Tier Tribunal and will be building on this with Duncan Lewis by presenting applications to the Upper Tribunal. Zoë's areas of experience span; asylum, human rights and further leave applications including applications 'outside the rules'; entry clearance, settlement and naturalisation applications including refugee family reunion; EEA workers and family members rights; removal and deportation matters; and, bail applications. Zoë has experience working with unaccompanied minors, victims of domestic violence and detained persons. Zoë graduated with an Honours Degree in Law from Warwick University in 2005; a four year course including a year studying at the university of Utrecht, the Netherlands. After a gap year, Zoë went on to gain a Masters Degree in International Peace and Security, from Kings College London, in 2007. Zoë joined Refugee and Migrant Justice, then the Refugee Legal Centre, in October 2007 where she worked until June 2010. Zoë is intending to enrol on the LPC and aspires to become a qualified solicitor in due course.
