Miranda is a Consultant who conducts advocacy before the First and Upper Tier Tribunal of the IAC on behalf of Duncan Lewis. A BVC graduate from the Inns of Court School of law, she qualified as a Senior Caseworker under the Law Society's Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme in 2005. She is experienced in presenting Appeals in all aspects of Immigration law before the Tribunal and has appeared in a number of cases which have gone on to secure permission to the Court of Appeal. Miranda is a member of ILPA and the author of a series of articles on Immigration Law published online by in Mondaq. She has completed an internship with the International Bar Association, and previously volunteered with FRU, the Refugee Council and the Tamil Welfare Association (Newham).
