Kelly Rogers studied at Kingston University and obtained a 2:1 LLB Law degree in 1999. Kelly then studied for her Masters Degree in Public Law at Bristol University and qualified in January 2004 . Kelly was head of the Civil Litigation Department in her previous firm and was a Director for 5 years before joining Duncan Lewis in January 2012 . She is currently a Supervisor in the Housing Team, Kelly specialises in all aspects of Housing Law particularly Landlord and Tenant litigation, disrepair actions, homelessness, possession claims , leasehold disputes, illegal evictions, harassment and neighbour disputes. Kelly was recently involved in a Court of Appeal matter; Francis -v- London Borough of Southwark, in relation to a right to buy claim. Kelly actively participates in the Court Duty Scheme .
