Eligibility
To qualify for public funding your income and savings must be below a certain limit. If you are married, or you live with a partner, the income and capital of your spouse or partner will be taken into account. In some circumstances you may be required to pay a contribution to public funding from your capital or income.
If you already have public funding but you are dissatisfied with your present solicitors we can arrange for the public funding to be transferred to Duncan Lewis.
