Family

Loliya joined Duncan Lewis in March 2009 as a family law Caseworker.

She graduated from London Guildhall University with an LLB (Hons) degree in law in 2002 and completed the LPC with commendation in 2003 at the Inns of Court School of Law.

Following completion of her legal education she has obtained practical experience of property, criminal, immigration and family law.

Loliya is current undertaking divorce and separation and contact proceedings. She is also gaining experience in Ancillary Relief Proceedings.

Loliya wishes to specialise in family law and is particularly interested to pursue a career in this field. She would eventually like to become a panel member.

Loliya was attracted to Duncan Lewis because of its notable expansion and opportunity to develop her legal career.

Loliya is a member of the Law Society.
