Duncan Lewis Divorce Solicitors
Divorce is one of the most stressful experiences in life – and whether you are considering separating, divorcing or dissolving a civil partnership, it is essential to take expert legal advice to make sure that not only is your divorce amicable, but property and assets are protected for you and your children.
The Family Division now prefers couples to reach agreement using Family Mediation rather than resort to divorce hearings in the family courts.
In many cases, it is advisable to take legal advice if you are just considering separation, divorce or dissolution of a civil partnership, as discussing the issues with a divorce solicitor before a decision is made can help a client focus on the issues in a relationship – as well as the issues that need to be addressed in a divorce settlement.
