Employment

David first studied Biological Sciences at Essex University and went on to study for an MSc in Food and Agricultural Biotechnology. David then pursued his postgraduate diploma in Law at City University London. He completed the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law and was called to the Bar in October 1990. David then took the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test at the College of Law and was admitted on the Solicitors Roll in April 1997.

David acquired considerable experience practicing as a barrister as well as gaining further expertise as a solicitor at Judge and Priestly and Hempsons. David is now a Director and the Head of Employment at Duncan Lewis. He is a member of the Housing Law professional body; Housing Law Practitioners Association; the Solicitors Association of Higher Court Advocates; the Employers Law Association; the Honourable Society of Lincolns Inn and the Law Society.

David brings to Employment disputes a great knowledge of procedure and law and combines it with a hands on approach to the resolution of employment issues. He is equally comfortable acting for the individual or for the employer.
