Duncan joined Duncan Lewis Solicitors in April 2010 and is a qualified solicitor in the Criminal department.

Duncan undertook his LLB (Hons) at the University of Sheffield graduating in 2005 before completing the LPC at the University of Westminster.

Before moving to Duncan Lewis Solicitors he worked with a high street firm in Essex undertaking both his training contract and Police Station Accreditation before qualifying as a solicitor in November 2008.

Duncan has experience in Civil Litigation, Wills and Probate and predominantly Crime and has covered numerous types of offences at the Police Station and Magistrates and Crown Courts. He is currently working towards Duty Solicitor Status and the Magistrates Court Qualification and aims to attain Higher Rights of Audience later in his career so that he can represent the clients at all levels.

In his spare time Duncan enjoys 5-a-side football, West Ham United and also tennis. He has previously represented University of Sheffield in American football and tennis.
