Rupinder is a qualified Solicitor within the Property group specialising in all aspects of Commercial Property work. Over the past years, she has provided commercial advice to a broad spectrum of various clients including property investors, high net worth individuals, British Virgin Island registered companies and foreign lenders in commercial transactions.

Rupinder undertakes considerable amount of high value secured lending and acts for both borrowers and lenders in the purchase, financing, leases, subleases, leaseback of significant valued commercial properties.

In addition to acting in traditional commercial property related transactions, she also acts in the sale and purchase of franchises, nursing homes, warehouse units and the property aspect of mergers and acquisitions of companies. Rupinder has acted in several investment properties, single site and portfolio acquisitions, share and asset sales and purchases, corporate finance and investment acquisitions. These were high value transactions running into millions of pounds.

In residential side, Rupinder advises property developers and individual clients on a wide range of transactions including portfolio building, residential freeholds, leaseholds, share of freehold, extension of leases, right to buys, re-mortgages, shared ownership, transfer of equity, transfer of part, key workers scheme and new build properties. She also possess extensive experience in advising the lenders and the borrowers on a wide range of transactions including Islamic Finance facility property and advance facility transactions.

Rupinder is also involved regularly with the firm’s marketing initiatives and supervising the Property team as Deputy Head of Department.
