Child Care

Oluwatomisin (aka Tomi) graduated from University of Surrey in 2009 with an Honours degree in Law. She then went on to complete her Legal Practice Course at London Metropolitan University, completing with a Commendation in 2010.

During her LPC, Tomi undertook work experience in a busy Southwest London firm specialising mainly in Immigration law. Upon completion of her LPC she was offered employment with the firm and gained 18 months of experience within the Immigration department managing her own caseload.

Tomi joined Duncan Lewis as an intern in August 2011 and worked in the busy Childcare and Family Department at the firm's Shepherds Bush Branch. She was subsequently offered a permanent position at Duncan Lewis and specialises in Childcare at the Dalston office. Tomi is looking forward to progressing her legal career within the firm and would like to gain experience in Employment and Criminal Law and further experience in Childcare. Tomi was attracted to working for Duncan Lewis due to their renowned reputation for excellent work in Legal Aid.

In her spare time, Tomi participates in a number of Church based activities and outreach programmes and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Tomi has an understanding of Yoruba.
