Child Care

Idnan graduated from Coventry University in 2004 and successfully completed with Commendation, the LPC at The College of Law, London in 2006. Idnan joined Duncan Lewis in 2006 as a Paralegal within the Family department. Idnan has since gone on to complete his Training Contract and gained experience in Family Law, Criminal Law and Mental Health Law. Idnan qualified and became admitted as a solicitor on 1st July 2009.

Idnan is currently working as a solicitor in the Child Care Department and practises in all areas of Family and Child Care Law.

Idnan was attracted to Duncan Lewis because of the vast number of areas practised within the firm. He was also attracted to the firm as they provide excellent opportunities for training and in particular his chosen area of law, Family and Child Care Law.

Idnan specialises in Family and Child Care related matters including Marital Breakdown, Cohabitation, Children Matters (both Public and Private Law), Domestic Violence, Ancillary Relief and Child Abduction.

Idnan is fluent in the Urdu and Punjabi languages.
