Child Care

Frances joined Duncan Lewis in June 2004 as a Child Care solicitor. Frances qualified as a solicitor in 1992, and practised at a number of reputable firms where she specialised in both Childcare and Family law. Frances has is a member of both the Law Society Advanced Family Panel and the Law Society Children’s Panel and frequently made valuable links with relevant community groups.

Frances has regularly advised at community law centres, taken part in domestic violence projects, victim support groups as well as taking part in the management of a youth counselling committee. She takes a particular interest in home education cases and is on the committee of a local home education group.
