Child Care

Amelia graduated from the University of Exeter in 2005 with a BA Honours degree in History and Politics. She went on to do her CPE at City University and her LPC a year later at the City Law School, London, completing it in June 2008.

During her LPC she was an office manager and adviser at the City Law School Pro Bono evening clinics, advising on employment law along side Solicitors.

Amelia was attracted to Duncan Lewis because of their commitment to publicly funded work and the wide-ranging areas of practice. She was excited about the opportunity to work for the biggest Legal Aid provider in the Country, as she had always been keen to work in this sector. She had always hoped to work in family and childcare law since studying it during her LPC and developing an interest in the area.

In her spare time Amelia enjoys swimming, theatre, and socialising with friends.
