Duncan Lewis is committed to providing training and has shown in the past that there are career progression opportunities at the firm. Sophie Burchett joined Duncan Lewis as a caseworker and then progressed onto being a trainee solicitor. She has now completed her training contract at Duncan Lewis and has just been offered a permanent role in the Child Care team at the Clapham Junction branch, where she will be supervised by Child Partner, Laila Bhunnoo.
