Emily undertakes private children law, care proceedings, and domestic violence cases, with a significant amount of experience representing parents in Care Proceedings dealing with a range of issues including neglect, not accidental injury, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, domestic violence, factitious illness, and drug / alcohol misuse. Emily represents parents, grandparents, and other extended family members. Emily regularly attends court to represent her clients. She is experienced in representing a wide range of clients including vulnerable clients, non-English speaking clients, those with learning difficulties, and those with mental health difficulties.
