Mohan Bharj is an economics graduate of City University, London and a Chartered Certified Accountant. He trained with Berg Kaprow Lewis, a medium sized firm of Chartered Accountants based in London. He is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, a fellow of the Institute of International Accountants and a fellow of the Institute of Financial Accountants. He has held the positions of Group Financial Controller of Frantour (UK) Ltd, Eaton Securities plc, Managing Director of Moonage Industries Pvt.Limited (India), CFO of R K Group of Companies, Project Finance Director of South Central Management Ltd and more recently was a senior partner of Kingsley Brackmann Partnership, Registered Auditors and Accountants.

He is a well organised financial leader with strong results orientation and a ‘can do’ approach to business challenges with particular talent of team development and customer and client management skills. He has conceived and implemented plans that turned around a construction business from near liquidation to a successful group. He has joined the Company this year with a view to implementing strong financial controls with key performance indicators being clearly identified and will assist the Board in balancing their proposed vision for the growth of the Company with proper financial decisions.
