If your Sponsor Licence application was made after April 2016, and if you believe an error has been made with the case working element of the decision, you can apply for a correction of the error on one of the following grounds:
- The caseworker processing the application made an error; and
- The supporting documentation sent at the time of the application was not considered.
Please note that this request must be sent within 14 calendar days from the date of the refusal decision. The Home Office aim to respond to such requests within 28 working days.
