He has drawn on his experience working with Fortune 100 companies and high net worth individuals in order to provide technical expertise on complex applications under the Points Based System (PBS) including all aspects of Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 4 Applications Vicash’s work with Indian based SMEs was highlighted in the 2012 edition of Legal 500 and this remains an important target market to the firm.

Vicash is routinely approached to advise High Net Worth individuals under the Tier 1 Entrepreneur and Investor scheme and works closely with a number of private banks in relation to providing personalised immigration solutions for mutual clients and their dependant families. Migrants employed by the NHS and in the private healthcare sector have also remained a focus of the department with Vicash able to successfully negotiate the removal of the restriction on ‘training as a doctor ‘for a Tier 1 migrant. Teachers and social workers in the public sector have sought his advice in relation to Tier 2 further leave applications. In 2012, Vicash assisted, a senior embryologist and primary school teacher, both Tier 2 General skilled workers, in their successful applications, for indefinite leave to remain, despite the complexity of the applications and breaks in continuous residence, Vicash has provided talks on the Points Based System to employers, attending recruitment fares and has spoken at the prestigious Royal Institute of Architects on the effects of the PBS and provides in-house training. Vicash appeared before a Parliamentary Select Committee to provide witness evidence on the Points Based System and its current efficiency which was televised on the BBC Democracy and Parliament UK channels.
