Immigration Asylum Judicial Review

Judicial Review

If your immigration appeal has not been successful, your immigration lawyer will be able to tell you if you have grounds to apply for Judicial Review. An application for judicial review is made to the High Court of England and Wales or to the Upper Tribunal Immigration and Asylum Chamber (UTIAC) in certain immigration and asylum cases. You will be able to make this application if it appears that the authorities have not followed the rules they must adhere to when dealing with your case. Our immigration solicitors will be able to advise you on whether or not you will be entitled to Legal Aid funding for your application for judicial review.

Our Immigration Solicitors have considerable experience in Judicial Review applications. Our Solicitors have been changing the law in Immigration with numerous reported cases in the law courts.Reported cases.

More information on these matters can be found in our Public Law section.
